As the world stands at 82% whereas India’s literacy rate is 72% which is a concern. The challenge is how to upgrade people with technological advancement. One way is by equipping them with a multi-input module keeping a behavioral user interface in mind.
Empowering the citizen is the only way & more important is thinking about the last man in the row. Transformative education can guide them through by which they can practice their rights.
We require problem-solving abilities & direction under which we can learn how to integrate technological handlers to identify challenges.
The objective of governance should be to provide services to the citizens at the touch of their fingers rather than complying them to queue up.
Government bodies are still lacking the agility to perform as they are following orthodox behavior towards the implementation of the processes. Behaviour is one of the foremost points when we keep service deliverance in mind. Which is important moreover crucial to understand & implement. Intend to serve society should be our concern in the government working.
Breeding the right culture is also important to develop new structures in order to eradicate the problem areas. Identifying the change-makers will be the only way by which the government can ensure the deliverance.
To fill the (GAP)’s which are required to create balance in the state of deliverance an understanding to identify the conflict is required. It will help pace up the environment building to breed the culture & bring the necessary change for development.
